All of our noodles are stir-fried to perfection in a wok. Most noodle dishes are made with beansprouts, white onion, and scallion.

We use whole stalk lemongrass, a common Vietnamese aromatic. The outside stalk can be tough to break down when cooking so there may be thin, white fibers throughout any meal that has lemongrass as a seasoning.
